Description:
The object of the contract is the preparation of all the necessary studies that are described in detail in the tender documents, in accordance with the applicable legislation and the instructions of the Managing Service.
Includes all necessary studies, technical descriptions, tender documents andrelevant licensing procedures so that the construction phase that will follow will deliver the building fully functional.
In particular, the studies concern the new building to house the research, teaching and other work of the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering (EMMY) of the ELMEPA in Heraklion. The new building will have the best facilities for the comfortable conduct of the work of the EMMY school, with the possibility of access for people with disabilities in all common areas, with maximum energy savings in the buildings. Characteristically, the new building must incorporate theprinciples of passive bioclimatic design, with active energy saving systems.
