Description:
The object of the contract is the preparation of all the necessary studies that are described in detail in the tender documents, in accordance with the applicable legislation and the instructions of the Managing Service.
Includes all necessary studies, technical descriptions, tender documents andrelevant licensing procedures so that the construction phase that will follow will deliver the building fully functional.
In particular, the studies concern the new building to house the project of the School of Agricultural Sciences (SGE) of ELMEPA in Heraklion. • Particular emphasis will be placed on the implementation ofof old methods of environmental design using passive bioclimatic systems as well as innovative active energy management systems, in order to offer ideal hospitality conditions and microclimate for its users, and at the same time to be a model nZEB building (nearly ZeroEnergy Building), for the entire educational campus, accessible and serving A.M.E.A.
