• Description:
• The Project has as its object the Study, Financing, Construction, Maintenance and Operation of Student Hostels, Student Restaurant, Educational Auditoriums and Cultural Centers with PPP. In summary, IFS undertakes: (a) to prepare the studies that are necessary for the construction of the Project, based on the applicable environmental conditions, as they will be formulated after the end of the Dialogue and before the signing of the Partnership Agreement (Article 22 Law 3389 FEK A' 232) and to ensure the timely issuance, review and maintain in force all the permits and approvals required both for the construction and for the installation, operation and maintenance of the Project in accordance with the written provisions and those specifically defined in the Contract partnership, (b) the construction works of the building infrastructures and the renovation and configuration of the surrounding space, in order for the above infrastructures and spaces to be fully functional and available for exploitation and use for the purpose intended, (c) perform the Technical Project fully, on time and properly, according to the rules of science and art and according to the highest professional and quality standards, (d) to finance the Project with own and/or borrowed funds, (e) technical management throughout the duration of the Partnership Agreement, which consists, in particular, of inspection, routine, preventive and corrective maintenance, heavy maintenance, daily technical...
