Description:
The object of the contract is the preparation of all the required studies, the securing of all the necessary approvals and permits and the drawing up of the documents for the tender of the project for the construction of a new building that will house structures for the provision of services to homeless and vulnerable groups and servicessocial character of the Municipality of Chania.
In particular, the following studies will be prepared:
Architectural study of building facilities.
Static study of building facilities.
Electromechanical installations of building projects and surroundings.
Architectural design study of surroundings.
Phytotechnical study.
Topographical study.
Geotechnical study and foundation study including drilling and laboratory tests.
Study of IT systems and networks
