Description:
The object of this contract is the study of adding classrooms by extension to the Primary School of the Municipality of Iroiki island of Kasos, in an existing ground floor building before 1955 (former doctorate) in the settlement of Fry.
The existing degree and the addition will form a single functional unit, inclhowever, the new projects in the rooms that will be added will entail a small upgrade of the existing classroom. The commissioned study will include the extension study, the energy upgrade study of the existing ground floor classroom, as well as the environmental studyof the space, so that a modern primary school can be created that meets the needs of the municipality's population.
Will be prepared a) geotechnical research - foundation study, architecture, statics, E/M, energy efficiency study for the new building/s of the addition , b) energy upgrade study for thecurrent doctorate, c) study of the surrounding area and d) SAF FAU - Tender Issues.
