Description:
The contract concerns the preparation of the study entitled "Extension Studies - Upgrading of the High School - High School Building". The purpose of the studies is the maturation of the existing preliminary studies and the completion of the final and implementation studies of the school.
The final onesof this contract relate to the adaptation of the existing preliminary study to the new quantitative data set by the Group's operational needs (given that it also serves children from the wider mountainous area of Mylopotamos, the need for the sustainable management of its surrounding area andthe construction of the necessary outdoor and indoor supplementary infrastructures. It essentially refers to the complete design proposal for the functional, aesthetic, upgrade of the school complex with the adaptation of the existing preliminary studies from a static, architectural point of view and optimal applicationElectro-mechanical installations of the building.
Specifically, according to the program of the required studies, the designer is obliged to deliver:
Architectural study of the building (cat. 06)
Special architectural study of the area (cat. 07)
Static study of the building (cat. 08) - Elaboration of Primaryhigher level Pre-Early Inspection of the existing school
