Description:
The subject of the project is to develop an integrated strategy for Greek Defense Systems (EAS) along with all the accompanying material required for its effective implementation.
In particular, in the context of the project, the contractor will proceed to:
1. Image existing status on the wider activity of the EAS.
2. Analysis of opportunities, challenges and priorities for future EAS development.
3. Developing strategic initiatives and development actions for EAS.
4. Development of a business plan for the implementation of the strategy of the EAS Group.
5. Configure a strategic development model of EAS to achieve business
Plan.
6. Recording existing actions/ initiatives and available national and Community
Resources for the financing of EAS development initiatives.
7. EDITORIAL Planning of Action and Implementation Road Map.
