Description:
The object of the contract is the transport of municipal solid waste (MSW) of the Municipality of Sparta for management at the waste treatment unit of Arcadia Prefecture, in the location "Paleiohuni" of the Municipality of Tripoli, Arcadia Prefecture, Peloponnese Region, or to any other legally operating Management Unitof waste is indicated by the partnership (Region of Peloponnese, TERNA Energy and Peloponnese Environmental Company) for the "Integrated Waste Management of the Peloponnese Region with PPP" or at MEA-XYTY DE 3 Lakonia if during the validity period of the contract the operation startsand in accordance with the relevant National and European regulations. The services provided are classified in the following codes of the Common Vocabulary of public contracts (CPV): 90512000-9 Waste transport services. This contract is not subdivided into sections.
