- The scope of this contract also includes any work and/or supply and installation of equipment, which is necessary for the complete construction, proper and efficient operation and maintenance of the Project, even if not expressly mentioned in the Tender Documents. Ancontractor has the full and exclusive responsibility for achieving the required treatment efficiencies in terms of final effluents and treated sludge, which must be in accordance with what is specified in this issue, as well as with the guarantees submitted together with the Technicalor his Offer.
The scope of the project includes the following tasks:
(a) the preparation of the application study and any kind of supplementary study and research for the construction of the projects
(b) the construction of the civil engineering projects
(c)h supply and installation of all electrical etcand mechanical equipment
(d) all kinds of tests,
