The item of the auction includes:
1. The preparation of the definitive study of the EEL, the study of the implementation of all projects and all kinds of complementary study and research,
2. The construction of civil engineer projects,
3. The supply and installation of all electrical and mechanical equipment,
4. Position in efficient operation and completion tests,
5. The test operation and maintenance of the projects for a period of twelve (12) months.
