- The object of the contract is the supply of fuel for the needs of the facilities, machinery and vehicles of the Municipality of Kissamos (unleaded petrol, diesel, heating oil).of fifteen (15) days from the date of sending the relevant announcement to the Publications Office of the European Union, making use of the provisions of paragraph 3 of article 27 of Law 4412/2016 which stipulates that: "In the event that a duly documented emergency situation by the contracting authority arule makes it impossible to observe the minimum period provided for in the second paragraph of paragraph 1, the contracting authorities may set a minimum period that is not less than 15 days from the date of dispatch of the contract notice".
