- The objects of the service are: design of student recycling actions, design of a single creative awareness and information campaign in the context of student actions, development and operation of an online school monitoring platform recycling actions, digital promotion on social media, holding 4 events in the context of school recycling actions. Within the school unit, the materials to be recycled by the students will be collected in separate streams, weighed and the performance of each school in recycling will be recorded online on a special online platform. Initially, the action will include 5 school units from each Municipality (first phase) and then it will be extended to all the Municipalities of the Region (second phase). The project is self-financed. The duration of the service will be for twelve (12) months, with an option, with an expenditure budget of €300,000.00 (excluding VAT) and a total project budget (including the corresponding VAT) €372,000.00. The criterion for awarding the contract is the most economically advantageous offer based on the best quality-price ratio.
