- The object of the contract is the preparation of all the required studies, the securing of all the necessary approvals and permits and the drawing up of the documents for the tender for the construction of the project for the restoration and reuse of the Schwartz villa in Halepa Chania and its transformation into a Culturaltic Multispace.
In particular, the following studies will be prepared:
Topographic Study
Geotechnical Study (including drilling and laboratory tests)
Architectural study of the building and the surrounding area, decoration study, museological/museographic study
Static study
Electrical studyelectromechanical installations
