Description : Pursuant to an Invitation for the submission of expressions of interest, dated 30 November 2020, HRADF launched a tender in relation to certain mining rights and assets owned by the Hellenic Republic and managed by LARCO S.A.
The transaction structure was designed in accordance with DG Comp Decision nr. C(2014) 1805 final / 27.03.2014. Furthermore, pursuant to DG Comp Decision nr. C (2014) 1818 final/27 March 2014, it has been determined that LARCO was granted illegal state aid. Finally, the Hellenic Republic was notified of a complaint alleging that new illegal state aid was granted to LARDO.
HRADF seeks to engage an experience law firm, ideally established in Brussels, in order to assist on all state aid matters that affect the tender and the transaction.
