Description:
The subject of the study is to update the existing status/architectural/floor -cutting/H -M, the preparation of a definitive study and application study (architectural and/m study) with the necessary interventions to upgrade the Tositsa building, the complex On Patision Street, the study of passive and active fire protection, the study of the accessibility of a building of the disabled and the issuance of the building permit with the required certificates and approvals, the proposed interventions will move on the following axes:
Renovation interventions (building) and upgrading of PC facilities (electromechanical).
VALUE VALUE - FINANCE
The estimated value of the contract amounts to € 559,203.18 (without VAT) and includes the pre -pre -pre -arranged fees of the following individual studies:
1.238.828.98 € for class study (6) architectural,
2.247.434.66 € for study of category (9) mechanical, electrical,,
and 72.939.55 € for unpredictable expenses.
5% of Initial conventional value not including VAT For the additional payment (premium) of Article 15A hereof. The additional payment is paid by the timely completion of the conventional object.
