Description:
The project concerns the renovation, restructuring, modernization and expansion of the existing building of the new wing, Aphrodision HospitalH, REORGANIZATION, MODERNIZATIONrio consists of stone walls and its roof is a wooden tile roof. The building houses a Nursing Unit on its elevated Ground Floor, which today needs restructuring, renovation and modernization. Regarding the condition of the Nursing Unit, the following are highlighted:• Nursing wards do not have special sanitary facilities. • The Nursing Unit does not have a Central Air Conditioning system with air renewal. A number of small air conditioners (split units) have been installed in the building with their external parts projecting onto the facadesof the Preserved building, without, however, ensuring ventilation of the Nursing Unit in accordance with the Technical Specifications of the Ministry of Health. • The constructions of the building are in need of renovation (e.g. the wooden French-style frames of the facades, elements of the roof, etc.). • Mr...
