Description:
The object of the contract is the provision of transport, reception and hosting services for internal/external missions in the context of outreach activities (conferences, exhibitions, events) of the Ministry of Digital Governance.
The services provided are classified under the following Common Vocabulary code public contracts (CPV):
63510000-7 Travel agency and related services.
The total estimated value of the contract amounts to two hundred and fifteen thousand euros (€215,000.00), plus VAT of fifty-one thousand six hundred euros (€51,600.00), i.e. a total of two hundred sixty six thousand six hundred euros (€266,600.00).
This contract is not divided into sections, since the award of this contract for the requested services in the form of separate sections/parts is not possible, because interrelated actions should be carried out in parallel, which they should be carried out by a coordinator and relate to a single and indivisible set of services. Therefore, the offers are submitted for all the requested services and not for part of them.
The duration of the contract starts from its signature and is defined either until exhaustion of the total contractual quantities, or until the total contractual expenditure is exhausted, whichever occurs first.
