- The tender will be conducted with the open procedure of article 27 of Law 4412/16. (Government Gazette A' 147/ 08.08.2016) "Public Contracts for Projects, Supplies and Services (adjustment to Directives 2014/24/EU and 2014/25/EU)". of the Project "Revinstallation of a Coal Sequestration and Storage Facility"
The subject of the contract is the "Provision of Technical Support Consultant Services (STY) of EDEFEP SA for the Coal Sequestration and Storage Facility Development project", (OPS code TA 5220193) as included in the approved National PlanRecovery and Resilience Fund (RESAA) "Greece 2.0".
The actions included in this contract are the following:
•ACTION 1: EVALUATION OF AN INTERESTED ENTITY'S APPLICATION: Support of the Contracting Authority from a legal, technical, and financial point of view during the evaluation of the application (and eachsubmitted element) of the interested body, to establish the suitability of the geological formation as a CO2 storage site, the approval of the relevant environmental conditions, and the activation of the body's right to storage in accordance with art. 173 of Law 4964/2022 (Official Gazette A' 150/30.07.2022).
