The object of the framework agreement consists of providing specialized consulting Support Services (Technical and Administrative) for the design, preparation of the competitions and the supervision of the implementation of the upgrading projects of the ports of ports (as defined in Article 29, Law 2160/1993) or Ports in the process of direct location and located under the Management of Public and Municipal Bodies (Port Organizations, Municipal Port Funds, Municipalities or other public and municipal development agencies) that do not have the required technical competence and financial capacity.
• Specifically, the following service groups are included: Group Services 1: Preparation - Hierarchy and Assist for Strategic Planning of New Works
• Services Group 2: Support to the auction, assignment and monitoring of studying studies
• Service Group 3: Support to secure and manage funding
• Team of Services 4: Support In the auction and assignment of project implementation contracts, including the preparation of technical studies.
• Services Group 5: Assist for Supervision of Project Implementation
