The object of this contract is the assignment of 1st and 2nd level Help Desk organization and operation services, in order to provide remote support to B2B & B2C users of the hh.gr platform, as well as to other users of the digital services that are delivered in the context of the project SUB 5: Development & Implementation of Digital Interactive Services and Content to improve the visitor experience in Archaeological Sites, Museums, Monuments and Historic Sites using Innovative Technologies and Open Systems, code OPS (MIS) 5214489, of the Recovery and Resilience Fund.
