• Description:
• The scope of the project concerns the provision of Administrative Services to support the technical operations to the regional structures of the Project Owner (Cadastre Offices and their Branches), through an expanded Work Group, for the following two (2) main functions of: Function 1: Back-office services: services provided on the basis of a) after the submission of applications for registration of registrable deeds and correction applications in the Land Registry System and are related to legal and/or technical (where required) their processing and the registration of the result thereof, b) after the submission of applications for the registration of registrable deeds and applications for the issuance of certificates and copies in the Transfer and Mortgage System, as well as various administrative tasks (such as scanning, filing, secretarial support tasks, etc.). Function 2: Front-desk services: check and identification of visitors, provision of information and forms related to customer service public (natural persons, legal persons and Public Bodies) and are provided during the prescribed trading hours. They are provided either live (with free access or after a scheduled appointment depending on the case) or by phone or through video call.
