Description:
The object of the contract is the assignment of the services of a project management consultant (Program Management - PM), in relation to the implementation of the interventions that are co-financed by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan and concern the Ministry of Environment and Energy.
A flexibleo, a homogeneous and relatively few-member structure, which has the responsibility of organizing and monitoring the programming of the Program, controlling the basic time, cost and quality parameters of the Program on an ongoing basis. Also, this shape should be straightof the technical guidance of the Program with the aim of timely and reliable coverage of the technical issues that may cause gaps and delays in its development, while he is the main Program Management Advisor to the political and service leadership of the Ministry.
