Description:
The purpose of the contract is to provide operating services of the E -Ticket, Reception and Service of Visitors' System at the Acropolis Archaeological Site,
as well as any relevant support service by the contractor staff in order to improve the Quality of the services offered to the public, upon access and until visitors enter the archaeological site.
In particular, this contract concerns the operation of the e-ticketing system (Ticket Issuance Sub-Subsids and Access Control System) to serve Common in the above archaeological sites and museums and the reception and service of visitors up to their point of entry into the archaeological site.
The duration of the contract is set in 14.5 months, including the process of control and receipt of deliverables, as defined in paragraph 6.3 of the Declaration.
