- The object of the contract is the provision of insurance services for ITE's movable and immovable property and civil liability against third parties and against employees, and in particular, the insurance of the equipment and building facilities in Heraklion, Crete, in Rethymnon, in Athens, in Thessaloniki, in Ioannina in Patras and Chania as well as the civil liability insurance of ITE against third parties and against its employees and employees, for one (1) year.
In particular, the services concern the insurance of movable and immovable property of the ITE and civil liability against third parties and against employees in all ITE facilities for one (1) year and specifically from 01/01/2026 at 12:00 p.m. until 01/01/2027 at 12:00 p.m. for the Fire branch and from 01/01/2026 at 00:01 a.m. until 31/12/2026 at 00:00 a.m. for the K.P.K. branch and Civil Liability, according to of course also with the individual insurance policies.
In more detail, they concern, based on the data of 03/31/2025 (see Appendix II of the Detailed Declaration)
•Fire & Additional Risks Insurance for insured funds €60,021,302.73,
• electronic equipment insurance for insured funds €45,040,763.22,
•civil liability: €4,000.00
and in addition, they will also concern the insurance coverage of future new acquisitions.
Indicatively, it is appreciated
a) Possessions from 01/04-31/12/2025: €3,000,000.00.
b) New acquisitions 2026: €5,000,000.00 including VAT.
