- The Provision of Services of the Municipality's Independent Support Consultant in the Services: "Energy Upgrade - Automation of the Electric Lighting System of Common Areas, with energy saving, in the Municipality of Palamas", in accordance with the Announcement and the Contract to be concluded between the Contracting Authorityand its Contractor. The duration of the Agreement is set at 12 Years from the date of signature of the Agreement (including its Annexes) and may be extended, depending on the validity period of the Contractor's Agreement (Main Agreement) for the "Energy Upgrade - Automation ofElectric Lighting System for Common Areas, with energy savings, in the Municipality of Palamas". A detailed description of the physical and economic object of the Agreement is given in APPENDICES I and II of the Declaration. The Contract will be awarded on the basis of the criterion of the most advantageous from a financial point of viewwear, based on the best quality-price ratio.
