Description: The object of the contract is the provision of tools and systems development services for the upgrade of the provided ICT services by the Region of Central Macedonia.
The purpose of the project is to create a set of services based on the principles of e-government, the interoperability of e-services and the information system of PKM, which will promote the transparency of the Public Administration as it is performed by the services of PKM, the fastest service to customers (citizens / companies / public services), the faster processing of cases, the increase of traceability of the processing of cases as well as the decision support of the executives of the institution.
