Description:
The object of this Tender is the selection of a Contractor for the provision of consulting services to the Contracting Authority for the preparation of an architecture study and design specifications for a Spectrum Surveillance System in Three-Dimensional Space - SEFTX (SMS3DS). As part of the project, they will be investigatedsolutions and approaches and an innovative and innovative spectrum monitoring system in the 3D space will be specified, which will expand the existing and developing spectrum monitoring structures of the Contracting Authority, in order for it to meet the expected requirements,and spectrum management, networks with spatial structure at various levels from the surface of the Earth to Space.
