Description:
The object of the contract is: (a) the provision of assistance and support services in the collection of all kinds of accounts of E.YD.A.P. S.A. from its customers according to customer-provided invoices (receipts), including: refund and cancellationof collection in accordance with the issued documents, as well as the observance of the required procedures in cases of temporary inability to pay and validate accounts due to technical problems and during the execution of remittances, by staffing the customer service positions of the fundscollections of the existing and operating Regional Centers of the E.Y.D.A.P. S.A. and of the collection fund of the Metamorphosis Wastewater Center or any other Regional Center that wanted to be established and the provision of a project team of thirty-five (35) people and (b) the provision of administrative servicesand technical support of the General Directorate of Customers of E.Y.D.A.P. SA
