Description:
The object of the contract is the provision of accompanying Measures / Actions aimed at addressing social exclusion and/or social emergencies in a more active and sustainable way, which are designed and implemented according to the needs of the population (TEBA beneficiaries, adults,teenagers and children) of the four K.S. of the Attica Region, with the aim of understanding the problem and the factors that affect them, contributing to their good mental health and their smooth integration into the wider social environment. The Project's services include targeted subinformation and publicity sessions.
The Coding of the "Measures" is based on the Monitoring and Control System of the provided Accompanying Measures and the costing is based on the "Costing of Implementation of Accompanying Measures of Social Partnerships and Development of a Digital System Tool" Guideof Monitoring and Control of the Provided Accompanying Measures" of TEBA).
