- The scope of the Agreement - Framework Project consists in the provision of value-added services for the operation of a supporting mechanism of the Digital Transformation of SMEs action, to the Ministry of Digital Governance and the Ministry of Education and Culture, divided into the following sections: Section 1: Productionoperation and implementation of additional functions in the existing Electronic Support Management Platform (EPMP).
Section 2: Provision of Administrative, Operational and Technological Support Services for the beneficiaries throughout the life cycle of the action.
Section 3: Planning, implementation and Operation PInformation System for the operation of subsidy program payment mechanism (Escrow Accounts).
