The proposed project entitled: Providing Configuration, Hosting and Support Services Integrated Procurement Management Information System (Contests - Contracts), Legal Documents, Project Implementation Monitoring and Personnel evaluation is a complete integrated information system, which consists of individual subsystems designed to upgrade and digitize existing procedures. Its aim is to reorganize and enhance the operational and administrative capabilities of the Directorate -General for Financial and Administrative Services (DGD), the General Secretariat for Information Systems and Digital Governance of the General Secretariat for Telecommunications and Post Office, of the E -Government of Social Security Societe Anonyme (HIDA) and the National Cyber Security Authority (EAC).
The project pursues the radical remodeling and substantial enhancement of the functional and administrative abilities of the above mentioned Bodies, significantly improving the efficiency and effectiveness of their services. At the same time, it aims to deal with chronic public administration pathogens by adopting a coherent, holistic and integrated planning to upgrade the monitoring system Public Procurement.
