• The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning services for the offices - areas of the Capital Market Commission building at 3-5 Ippokratous Street in Athens, for three (3) years from the signing of the relevant contract, and not earlier than 1.8.2026, and in particular, it concerns the cleaning of the following areas: the offices and other areas located from the 2nd to the 8th floor, the mezzanine (CCTV control area), the changing rooms of the security staff located in the basement, the warehouse of the general file located in the basement, the furniture warehouse located in the basement, the Computer Room and UPS areas located in the basement. The common areas of the elevators and stairwells are not included. Provision of cleaning services of offices - premises of the Capital Market Commission building for three (3) years.
