Description:
The subject of the contract is the "Provision of Art Transfer Services" and in particular:
Section A:
The subject of the contract is to provide packaging and transfer of eight (8) artworks donated to the contracting authority and are at the premises of the donor in the state of the state.Washington (USA), to the facilities of the National Gallery - Alexander Soutsos Museum. The transfer will be implemented by air.
The contract duration is set within two (2) months of the signing of the contract. Specifically requires the receipt of the works from the donor's facilities no later thanUntil 15/08/2025.
Section B:
Object of the Convention is to provide packaging and transferring a work of art from the contracting authority's facilities to the artist/owner of the work in Archanes in Heraklion, Crete.
