- Description:
- The settlement projects cover the section of the Sapphos stream from the borders of the Municipalities of Amaroussi and Kifissia to the entrance to the pipeline of the Attica Road. Arrangement operations are done either with a trapezoidal cross-section configuration or with the use of a lining with wire boxes. Fifteen (15) technical at intersections with roads are also being reconstructed, with dimensions 4.00x2.50 m (6 technical), 3.00μx4.00m (3 technical), 3.00x3.00m (2 technical), 3.00μx5.00m (2 technical), 4.00μx3.00m (1 technical) and 4.00x4.00 m. (1 technical), according to what is mentioned in the Technical Description and in the other tender documents. The subject of the auction includes: • the preparation of the Application Study and any kind of supplementary study and research • the construction of Politiko projects Engineer • the mandatory maintenance of the project PROJECTS OF ARRANGEMENT OF SAPPHUS STREAM The tender budget of the contract (without VAT) amounts to €19,720,000.00 and is broken down into: Work Expenditure: €14,442,500.00 General expenses and Contractor's Benefit (G.E.+O.E.): €2,599,650.00 Contingencies (at a rate of 9% on the work expenditure and the G.E.+O.E. fund) €1,533,793.50, spent in accordance with the terms of article 156 par. 3. (a) of Law 4412/2016. The above amount is subject to a price revision of €376,056.50, in accordance with article 153 of Law 4412/2016.
