Description:
The subject of the contract is the supply of cleaning and dignity for the Municipality of Kozani. The commission concerns all those materials considered necessary for the cleaning and hygiene of both the buildings and the human resources of the Municipality. Supply is considered necessary for the Municipality's needs and is subject to implementation of measures to promote the health and cleanliness of employees at work. In addition, the Municipality provides services to citizens (Municipal Kindergartens, KEPs, Administrative Services, etc.) for which cleanliness And hygiene is imperative. This is performed in the following. 673/2020 Mayor Decision concerning the assignment of procurement studies that relate to all organic units of the Municipality. With no. 5597/27-11-2024 Service Note of the Environment Department requested to Recording of the needs of cleanliness and dignity from all the Municipal Directorates of the Municipality, which results in the species and quantities of the present. The set of materials will be completely new and unmistakable and in excellent condition. The supply will be made in accordance with the provisions of Law 4412/16 (Government Gazette 147/8-8-2017, vol. A) Projects, Supplies and Services (Adaptation to Directives 2014/24/EU and 2014/25/EU), as amended and in force.
The criterion of awarding the present is the most economical in favor of a price, by price, by kind.
