- The subject of the announcement is the selection of a Contractor for the Project Production operation support services and application development of the GEMI PS and the GEMI interconnection system with the BRIS network.
Briefly, the scope of the project is:
a) systematic Improvement, Maintenance and Technical support of the Production operation of the existing applications of the General Commercial Registry (GEMI) software for twelve (12) months and specifically of the applications - subsystems of the services:
oGEMI - Registry subsystem (www.businessregistry.gr)
oGEMI - Extraversion subsystem (services.businessportal.gr)
oGEMI - web-services to ESIDIS and the Ministry of Rural Development and Food
oGEMI Applications of Administrative Sanctions
In the context of the provision of the maintenance and technical support services, the prospective contractor must promptly repair all errors and the malfunctions presented, to extend and adjust the functionality of the applications, to closely monitor the operation of the applications (Monitoring), to improve their performance, usability and interoperability, to predict any risks and take care of dealing with them in a timely manner, to take care of data security and integrity issues, to communicate effectively with KEEE for the review of the project's actions and the planning of actions to achieve the project's goals.
