Electronic Open International (over the limit) Tender for the selection of a contractor to undertake the project Creation of notification and messaging systems either through SMS or web messaging services and OTP verification system in applications and electronic DYPA budget services at TAA €400,000 plus VAT (24%), i.e. €496,000.00 with the criterion of awarding the most economically advantageous offer based on the best quality-price ratio, in accordance with what is described in detail in the SECTIONS and APPENDICES of this Declaration and which are an integral part of it. The services provided are classified under the following codes of the Common Vocabulary of public contracts
