the updating of the architectural study of the Municipal Conservatory as well as the preparation of all studies (architectural, special architectural elements, geotechnical, static, IT facilities, etc.) of the project. -FAU and the issuestendering of the project
and the issuance of all the required approvals-opinions from various agencies involved in the licensing of the project and the resolution of any other relevant issues after the completion of the required studies for the restoration and utilization as an educational site,of the three preserved newer monuments "Municipal Conservatory", "10th Primary School" and "1st Gymnasium", at 67 Eleftherios Venizelos, 1 Konstantinos Palaiologos and 16 Konstantinos Poetou in the Municipality of Kavala.
