A Phase of a closed process for the selection of a contractor contract for the provision of building and facilities management services (Hard & Soft FM Services) of the Cultural Center Stavros Niarchos Foundation Sole Proprietorship S.A. for five (5) years and with options for the assignment of additional accounting tasks and for the extension of the duration for up to twelve (12) months The object of the Contract is the assignment of building and facilities management services (Hard & Soft FM Services) which together ensure the smooth operation of the building facilities of SNFCC M.A.E. for five (5) years, and with options for assigning additional accounting tasks and for extending the duration for up to twelve (12) months, as described in Appendix I of the Invitation. The scope of its services in detail Contract as well as options are described in Appendix I of the Invitation. The total estimated value of the Contract, with options, i.e. with the option to assign additional accounting work and with the right option to extend the term for up to twelve (12) months, amounts to €38,485,217.56, excluding VAT, i.e. €47,721,669.77, including VAT.
