Description:
As part of the implementation of Athens' digital strategy, a new set of digital services will be created for citizens, which will be added to the dozens of digital services that are already available. At the same time, new data sets will become accessible to citizens, such as e.g. aopen data of various actions, but also data on events, actions and other information concerning the happenings in the city and the everyday life of the Citizen. The information system that will be implemented will be a digital repository - index for all the services of the Municipality andof its legal entities and with the use of artificial intelligence technologies will be able to answer and guide the Citizen in simple and complex everyday issues - in all the citizen's questions that start with "I want to . . . " and concern the Municipality as a whole.
