- The subject of the Convention is the supply of Personal Protection Media (PPAs), in accordance with Government Gazette 2208/08-06-2019 TB '(Providing Individual Protection Media to OTA and B and 2nd OTAs and their legal persons and preventive medicine measures), Government Gazette 1503/11 Protection to OTA employees and preventive medicine measures) and the technical specifications attached to it and Law 3850/2010 (ratification of the Code of Health and Safety of Employees). According to the above Government Gazette to the permanent officials of OTA, indefinite and fixed -term Employees as well as the first -degree lease contractors, depending on their jobs, are provided with personal protection. The commission concerns 575 employees of the Municipality of Kozani (permanent employees and employees with a private law, indefinite and definite employment relationship Time, as well as to project leasing contractors). The commission is considered necessary to meet the needs of the municipality and is the subject of implementing measures to promote the health and safety of employees at work. The set of materials will be absolutely new and unmistakable. The criterion of awarding the present is the most economical in terms of bid, on the basis of price by species.
