• Description:
• The object of this Framework Agreement is the provision of operation support services, technical management and maintenance of the Integrated Telematics System (OST) of the OASA, as well as the provision of related extension and upgrade services, according to the needs of the Organization. The Framework Agreement aims to ensure the smooth, safe and efficient operation of the OST, as well as the possibility of its adaptation and evolution during its validity, through the individual συμβάσεων που θα συνάπτονται στο πλαίσιο αυτής. The services include, the preventive and repressive maintenance of the OST, the management of technical requests, the technical support of system software and applications, as well as maintaining a stock of spare parts and consumables. The object covers the overall operation of the OST, as it exists and as it may be modified during it Agreement - ​​Framework, including support for additional telematics installation points that are part of the OST. 2.
