- We are announcing an open international electronic tender for the conclusion of a framework agreement, in accordance with article 39 of Law 4412/2016, for the supply by purchase of the items: A. City helmet with lens, B. Forest firefighting helmet with lens C. City helmet with lens (volunteers) and D. Forest firefighting helmet withflashlight (volunteers), for four (4) years from the date of signing the framework agreement, for the needs of the General Secretariat of Civil Protection / Fire Brigade, with approval criteria for the items: A. (Citizen helmet with flashlight) and C. ( Urban helmet with lens (volunteers)) the most advantageousas from an economic point of view an offer based on the best quality-price ratio, which is evaluated based on the evaluation criteria of the technical offers, and
B.(Forest firefighting helmet with lens), and D.(Forest firefighting helmet with lens (volunteers)) the most advantageous of economic point of view offer based onn price (lowest price).
