Open procedure for the selection of a contract contractor provision of building and facility management services (Hard & Soft FM Services) of the Cultural Center Stavros Niarchos Foundation Sole Proprietorship S.A. for one (1) year and with options, on the one hand, for the assignment of additional extraordinary tasks and, on the other hand, for the extension of the duration for up to twenty-four (24) months The object of the contract is the assignment of building and facilities management services (Hard & Soft FM Services) which together ensure the smooth operation of the building facilities of SNFCC M.A.E., for one (1) year, with options, on the one hand, for the assignment of additional extraordinary tasks and, on the other hand, for the extension of the duration for up to twenty-four (24) months. In detail, the scope of the services of the Agreement as well as the options are described in Appendices I and A, B and C of the Declaration, as well as in its Appendices. The total estimated value of the Contract, with options, i.e. with the option to award additional contingencies works and with the option to extend the duration for up to twenty-four (24) months, amounts to the amount of €20,082,608.79, excluding VAT, i.e. the amount of €24,902,434.90, including VAT.
