Description:
Provision of Technical Consultant Services to the Department of Planning and Operational Programs of the FSAAT in the context of managing Submeasure 4.2 of the PAA 2014-2022 and Intervention P3-73-2.3 of the SS CAP
The scope of the contract is described in detail in APPENDIX I of thishas the following sections of work:
A) Sub-Measure 4.2 "Support for investments in the processing/trading and/or development of agricultural products" of the PAA 2014-2020
1. Examination of modification requests (including their administrative verification and submission of a proposal to the EFD)
2. Examining the requestof payment/advance checks (including the administrative verification of payment/advance requests and the submission of a proposal to the FSA)
3.Examination of open appeals on modification decisions and on the result of liquidation of public aid
4. Support to the internationalperformance of cross-checks through information systems provided for by the institutional framework.
5. Opinions on issues arising during the implementation of the Sub-Measure (including the submission of Opinions to the EFD on legal issues arising during the implementation of the Sub-Measure).
B) Intervention Π3-73-2.3 "Support for investments in the processing / marketing and/or development of agricultural products of the programming period 2023-2027" of the SS CAP 2023-2027
