Description:
The project entitled Design, Implementation, Location and Support of the Productive Functioning of the Single Real Estate Register seeks to systematically record, manage and monitor real estate through an integrated information system that will collect, systematize and incorporate Digital information kept by different bodies of public administration and private sector.
The sub -interplative interoperability of the Single Real Estate Register with Public and Private Bodies includes both the analysis and study of existing data maintained in each Body, as well as the necessary development services for the exchange, cleaning and optimal use of them through the Single Real Estate Register (to update and optimize the data they maintain through the exchange of more recent data from other bodies).
The bodies appreciated that will be interconnected with the system first includes (may be added or removed during the application study):
• Land Registry
• Independent Public Revenue Authority (AADE)
• Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network Administrator (DEDDIE)
• Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE)
• Insurance companies
• Communications Networks (eg Cosmote, Vodafone, Wind etc.)
• Water and Sewerage Providers (eg EYDAP, EYAT, etc.)
• Hellenic Statistical Authority (ELSTAT)
• Public Real Estate Company (ETAD)
