Online open international tender for the conclusion of a framework agreement, in accordance with article 39 of Law 4412/2016, for the docking of eight (8) firefighting vessels, for four (4) years from the date of signature of the framework agreement, for the needs of General Secretariat of Politics Presostasia / Fire Brigade, as they are mentioned in "APPENDIX A" and described in "APPENDIX D", which are integral parts of this Declaration, with a total estimated value of two million one hundred forty one thousand four hundred ninety eight euros and fifty five minutes ( 2.€141,498.55), (for all years and departments) including reservations in favor of third parties, as well as any other charges, with the awarding criterion being the most economically advantageous offer based on the price (lowest price).
