- The object of the contract is the supply of a roof for a training area within the Panioni GSS sports facilities on a plot of land owned by the Municipality of Nea Smyrni. The general floor plan dimensions of the covered area will be 16.00m x 35.73m with a height of 9.54m. It will include a large sports area 570m2 with suitable flooring, changing rooms - storage - W.C. in a separate but within housing prefabricated hut, basketball - volleyball and handball equipment, suitable lighting, thermal insulation shells. The housing will be carried out with an arched support of folded sheet metal on a foundation of O.S. The estimated value of the contract amounts to €299,000.00 plus 24% VAT (€71,760.00), i.e. a total of €370,760.00. The duration of the contract is set at three (3) months from its posting on KIMDIS. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous offer, based on price.
