Description:
The object of this Declaration is the provision of general services concerning the data centers and services of EDYTE S.A. at the Knossos (EDYTE/Knossos) and Louros (EDYTE/Louros) facilities and specifically include: •Preventive and corrective maintenance for all supporting equipment. •Services of continuous (24x7) remote monitoring of data center operations from an organized infrastructure monitoring and operation center. •Planning and implementation of maintenance in periodic basis. •Elaboration of operation, preventive and corrective maintenance reports on a quarterly basis. •Immediate response with specialized and/or certified technicians in the field in case of damage that affects the operation of the node. •Support throughout the project with the availability and supply of all the necessary spare parts, consumables and micro-materials for the repair and maintenance of the equipment to the extent described in this issue. •Periodic control of oil quality (quarterly) in fuel tanks with chemical oxidation analysis and biological contamination (fungi) control. •Other supporting services for the organization and operation of data centers, the installation of new IT equipment, the expansion of infrastructure, to improve availability and energy efficiency, update infrastructure documentation and emergency procedures.
