Description:
The object of the contract is the supply of complementary equipment to support the development and competitiveness of the infrastructure.
More specifically the object of the contract is the supply of a Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy system that enables targeted and non-targetedtargeted analysis of the metabolomic profile of the microorganisms, a process necessary for the selection of the appropriate microorganisms for their use as starter fermentation cultures. The detailed technical specifications are given in Appendices I and II of the announcement.
